Job Summary With Safety as a primary responsibility, this Plant Supervisor is responsible for supervising overall plant operations and employees to ensure non-stop production of top-quality products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Ensure all safety rules are followed * Set production goals and expectation * Ensure proper housekeeping of the plant * Oversee the daily preventative maintenance program and coordinate maintenance projects * Analyze scorecards and production reports * Ability to work day shift and graveyard rotations when necessary

Supervisory Responsibilities * Oversee shift personnel * Hire, train, promote and discipline employees * Adjust employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage of shifts

Requirements / Education / Experience * High School diploma * Minimum 3+ years industry and general office experience * Knowledge of construction products, computers, basic accounting, and inventory * Working knowledge of manufacturing / production plants preferred * Employee management experience preferred

Physical Environment * Ability to lift up to 100 pounds * Endure intermittent climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling * Walking and standing for long periods of time
