As part of this role, your responsibility will be to assess and identify the specific maintenance tasks that need to be carried out on various assignments. You will then provide clear instructions and guidance to the workforce to ensure that these tasks are completed efficiently. This will involve careful planning and coordination of materials, traffic control, equipment availability, and manpower requirements. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of experience as a Highway Foreman 1; or Two years of experience in the performance of lead work or skilled tradesman duties on a highway maintenance or construction project; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training. Special Requirement: This position requires possession of a valid Class C Pennsylvania Driver's License. Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions.
