Actalent Packaging Engineer in East Windsor, New Jersey
Job Title: Packaging EngineerJob Description
We are seeking a Packaging Engineer to manage a variety of tasks including performing Bill of Materials creation and changes for new and existing products, managing pack standards and range boards, and initiating the BOM by consolidating the FG codes and WIPs with all component generic/shaded codes. Other responsibilities include tertiary packaging development, artwork management, color development, project management, and the creation or revision of new component specifications. In addition, the successful candidate will be required to identify relevant test methods and conduct packaging lab testing, data validations and reporting.
Hard Skills

Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in East Windsor, New Jersey.
Work Environment
This role will be supporting the Drunk Elephant brand project. It offers some work from home flexibility with two days at home and three days in the office. The in-office days must be Tuesday and Wednesday, with the third day being flexible. The role will include interfacing with the factory, handling parts, running to the test lab, working with the formula team, and moving product. The project is expected to run until the end of 2023.
