Job Summary

.RESPONSIBILITIES:

POSITION DESCRIPTION

* Responsible for corrective action by using a variety of analytical and statistical tools.

* Review customer complaints and drive resolution.

* Quality Develop, implement, monitor, and control QA system to assure product quality based on customer and/or product specifications.

* Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve quality problems. * Develop, motivate, and train qualified personnel to QA standards. * Develop Control Plans, FMEA'S, Flow Charts, etc.

* Provide customer complaint summary and trends to all personnel

* Improve QA system procedures and instructions.

* Secondary Functions Train personnel in QA procedures, instructions, etc.

* Monitor cost of quality, reduce wastes and non-value-added activity. * Layout and use of measuring tools.

* Internal Auditing of QMS and support processes.

Qualifications: * 2-4 years of experience

* Bachelor's degree in applicable engineering field

Salary Range: 78K - 95K DOE
