Job Title: Light Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as a Light Assembler where you will be tasked with assembling fabricated parts into small or light subassemblies and complete units. You will be responsible for running the armature machine, inserting coils into motor slots, and ensuring their accuracy. Your role includes preparing work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and gathering necessary materials. You will position parts and subassemblies, assemble components, and resolve any assembly issues by adjusting dimensions or consulting supervision. Additionally, you will ensure equipment operational status, maintain a safe and clean work environment, manage supplies inventory, and document actions by completing quality forms.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in East Syracuse, New York.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM. The facility is clean and well-lit, experiences heat in summer and cool temperatures in winter. The location manufactures DC and AC motors used in wind turbines.
