Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $23 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Solar Panel Foreman:

• Will be responsible for leading a crew of solar panel installers on a job site

• Overseeing the installation of solar panels

• Ensuring safety compliance, maintaining project schedules

• Assigning tasks to the crew

• Quality checking installations and communicating with project managers and clients throughout the process

• Essentially acting as the on-site leader for all aspects of a solar panel installation project
