The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Digital Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and sales. You will work with all departments across the complex to create compelling digital content, manage our online presence, and analyze performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of our digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the developing and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.

• Manage content creation for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engaging storytelling.

• Keeping all website content up-to-date, compliant, and optimized for best performance, interacting with vendors to handle inventory issues, feed systems and formatting, when needed.

• Includes weekly/monthly quality testing – checking and fixing broken links and error pages. Sites include the five main websites, landing pages and special pages.

• Writing and editing relevant content: including weekly/monthly customer emails, quality SEO content, and social media content.

• Responding to all social reviews and corresponding with/to appropriate managers when needed.

• Maintaining Hoselton intranet site for employee use.

• Pay Per Click [PPC] Marketing Management

• Working with vendors and/or in-house to create pay-per-click advertising plans to present to the Marketing Director; monitor weekly and make changes as needed.

• Retargeting PPC – supply creative and report statistics.

• Test SEO and PPC against competition.

• Reviewing and updating as needed based on performance.

• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, using data analysis to inform future strategies.

• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and technologies, making recommendations for new approaches to enhance our digital presence.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, and content management systems

• WordPress, HTML, CSS Experience - Fluency Preferred

• CRM Experience - building customer lists based on specific targeting criteria

• Interface Design Tool Experience (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)

• Video Editing Capabilities Preferred

• Facebook Ad Manager - creating campaigns, custom targeting based on specific criteria, and using 3rd party lists to create custom audiences.

• Experience with the Adobe Suite of Products [Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro] Preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging content for a variety of audiences.

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also capable of working independently.

• A creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for driving results through digital initiatives.
