Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the design engineering process for all designated projects
• Manage and drive results to meet target quoted hours and release dates
• Select the appropriate products to meet customer design engineering requirements
• Coordinate with project engineers to interpret systems sold and develop design documentation
• Oversee the creation of 3D models and BOMs
• Supervise resources and deliverables outsourced to outside suppliers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Prior experience working with vacuum technology is preferred
• 3D modeling experience is required with strong proficiency in Pro-E/Creo and Inventor
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
