Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with superintendents, estimators, and subcontractors to prepare project schedules
• Oversee the coordination of materials delivery schedules
• Review all project documentation, specifications, drawings, and contracts
• Conduct time studies to define labor production standards
• Review daily and weekly labor cost reports to optimize the cost performance of projects
• Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality levels are maintained
• Check and process all emails, faxes, and written correspondences
• Review, validate, and approve final subcontractor invoices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant commercial construction experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
