How you will contribute:
In this role you will be responsible for the execution of new product launches within the Biscuit pillar for seasonal, limited editions, and innovation projects. Through collaboration with both internal and external manufacturers you will be responsible for ensuring customer forecasted allocations are delivered on time and in full. You will track production and create trucks to deploy inventory from the associated manufacturing site. You will work closely with the logistics team to deliver products across the Mondelez distribution network. You will support with cost reduction, driving gross margin, and increasing brand footprint with new products.
You will need to have an eye for detail, while flagging and mitigating risks. You should be able to work independently and lead various workstreams. You will need to monitor the network regularly to ensure newly produced inventory is deployed and scheduled to deliver on time, as well as make strategic decisions to work through production challenges.

Education / Certifications : Bachelor's degree is required
Travel requirements: Less than 10%
Work schedule: Hybrid
The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
