East Butler manufacturer is in need of laborers for a glass manufacturing plant. 

Schedule: Mon - Thursday 3pm -- 1:30am, some overtime as needed.

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.

Temp to hire: This job is meant to be a long term fit.

Responsibilities:

• Glass Cutter Position involves lifting large sheets of glass by a device. Setting up the glass and adjusting the cutting table / CNC Machine and breaking apart the smaller pieces of glass.
• Glass Seamer will be responsible for preparing and seaming glass products to ensure durability, quality, and safety by inspecting glass for defects & maintaining equipment.
• De-Bagger: Removing laminated glass from autoclave racks and will be responsible for the safe and efficient removal of glass products from bagging materials, carefully removing glass items from bags to prevent damage, prior to quality inspection.   
• Potting: This role involves preparing glass materials, ensuring quality control during the potting process, and adhering to safety and production standards. Key tasks include mixing potting compounds, applying materials to glass components, and performing routine maintenance on potting equipment.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 50 to 80 pounds continuously during shifts. 
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Must be reliable and attend shifts on time!
