Description

Essential functions/Duties/Responsibilities:  Full understanding of the production process at Triad and the critical role in the delivery of ontime, quality products to our customers.  Familiarity with all of Triad’s basic test processes for the production test of RF power amplifiers.  Completing Triad’s test procedure documentation.  Process and fill out the computerized forms.  Use Triad’s production management system and the individual operations required when processing units through the test lab.  Test production RF amplifiers per the production / lab schedule quickly and efficiently.  Perform basic troubleshooting on RF power amplifier products.  Participate in production planning meetings where RF test tasks and priorities are assigned.  Work with other test and assembly staff to address production or test issues, and ability to report any potential risks to on-time delivery to production management as soon as they appear.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Education and Experience:  2-year degree or 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.  Experience with automated test equipment.  Familiarity working in a fast-paced production environment.  Experience with Component-level troubleshooting.  Experience working with Antennas, Amplifiers, Duplexers and Filters is a plus.  Working in a similar or related field such as cellular communications (3G/4G/5G).  Working with Modulation, such as but not limited to: 64QAM, QPSK, BPSK, LTE, WLAN.

Physical Requirements:  Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the entire body. This will include climbing, lifting up to 20 pounds, balancing, walking, carrying, and stooping.  The vision abilities required to perform this job include close vision.  Able to sit, working on a computer, stand and move around for long hours at a time

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.50/hr.
