Robert Half is seeking a Loan Servicing Support Specialist in the Middlesex County, NJ area. As a Loan Support Specialist you will be responsible for managing customer applications, keeping records up-to-date, and handling customer inquiries. Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Consistent maintenance of precise customer credit records

• Prompt resolution of customer inquiries

• Monitoring customer accounts and implementing appropriate actions

• Utilizing your comprehensive understanding of loans and loan products

• Applying excellent oral and written communication skills to foster positive working relationships

• Exhibiting exceptional customer service capabilities while effectively multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads

• Demonstrating proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Working both independently and collaboratively in a time-sensitive environment

• Adhering to timelines and schedules, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Handling confidential information with a high level of moral judgment

• Thriving in an environment that promotes accountability and growth.

Requirements

• Experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry

• Minimum of 1 year of detail-oriented experience in a relevant field

• Proficiency in Data Processing is essential

• Previous experience in Call Center Customer Service is highly desirable

• Experience in Loan Administration is a must

• Knowledge in Commercial Lending is advantageous
