Account Manager - Healthcare (Internal Role)
We are currently seeking an Account Manager that will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships within the Allied and Nursing staffing sector. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving account expansion. The Account Manager will collaborate with internal recruiting teams to fulfill staffing needs, proactively address client concerns, and identify new opportunities for business growth. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare staffing industry, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver solutions that align with client needs
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their staffing requirements and business challenges.
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely placement of qualified Allied and Nursing professionals.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through additional service offerings.
- Monitor account performance, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve client concerns with a solutions-oriented approach, collaborating with internal stakeholders as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, compliance requirements, and market conditions affecting healthcare staffing.
- Generate reports and provide insights on account performance, recruitment metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
- Experience: 3+ years of account management, client services, or sales experience within the healthcare staffing industry (Allied and/or Nursing preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare staffing, including recruitment cycles, compliance requirements, and market dynamics.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and provide strategic staffing solutions.
- Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with recruiters, sales teams, and leadership to achieve client goals.
- Results-Driven: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and achieve revenue or retention targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent account management experience in healthcare staffing.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to proactively develop creative solutions
- Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to assess opportunities and risks.
