Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in East Aurora, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • As a recruiting coordinator, you'll partner with clients' recruiters to provide comprehensive recruiting support for hourly/non-exempt and salary/exempt level positions.
  • You'll conduct initial resume reviews, schedule interviews at various U.S. sites, coordinate travel arrangements, and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Talent Acquisition Team and build strong working relationships with managers across the company.
  • Demonstrate the client's Culture & Philosophy as potential candidates' first point of contact.
  • Work closely with the recruiters to conduct resume reviews based on job description requirements and manager preferences.
  • Coordinate and schedule telephone and onsite interviews.
  • Communicate effectively with interview teams and managers to ensure the candidate experience is positive, organized, and welcoming.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates visiting the East Aurora facility and other U.S. client locations.
  • Facilitate onboarding, ensuring background checks & toxicology tests are completed and documented.
  • Learn and comply with FAA requirements, working with candidates to obtain necessary training & drug screening.
  • Effectively prioritize workload and manage changes in direction.

Pay: $ 24.00/hr

Hours: 40 hrs / Week (1st shift)

Length: Temp (12 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Workday or Applicant Tracking System

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, allowing you to build relationships with managers and other HR staff and represent clients positively in various settings inside and outside the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, making proactive and autonomous decisions to keep processes moving effectively.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
