The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Pawling is currently seeking an Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team!

Position is Full-Time.

COTA Duties Include :

• Collaborating with OTs to establish rehabilitation plans.

• Following guidance of OTR/L in therapy activities to fit resident needs & capabilities.

• Assisting/supervising residents in carrying out daily activities.

• Monitoring performance in therapy activities, providing encouragement.

• Teaching residents how to use equipment to assist with daily function.

• Reporting resident progress to the OTR/L.

• Responsibly and accurately documenting treatments and outcomes in rehab software.

  COTA Requirements Include :

• Graduate of an accredited OTA Program.

• Current New York State OTA License.

• Experience in long-term care a plus!
