FT: General Maintenance Mechanic, Dunkirk. The City of Dunkirk Housing Authority will receive resumes for 1 General Maintenance Mechanic (GMM) position. Pay rate $20-$25/hour MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Three (3) years of experience in general building maintenance * or building trades work*, one year of which must have involved some monitoring of maintenance workers.
*Qualifying experience includes work experience as a carpenter, electrician, mason, plumber and/or heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installers. This is a good opportunity for someone who would like to transition to a management position as the General Maintenance Mechanic leads others but is not responsible for performance evaluations or personnel policy.
