George Pry Insurance and Financial Services Customer Service and Marketing Representative in Du Bois, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Work with the teammates to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Adaption of skills necessary to operate a business.

As Team Member, you will receive...

  • A salary plus commission with bonus opportunities
  • Paid time off -- earned each pay at 3.4 hours per pay cycle (80 hours per year).
  • Paid holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Ability to conduct interviews in the office and in customer's home or business
  • Property and Casualty license (must have currently or obtain within 3 months)
  • Life and Health license (must have currently or obtain within 3 months)
  • Position may require local travel (60 mile range)
  • Position may require irregular working hours
