Ferguson Integrated Supply has a position open for a Project Management Coordinator at our customer site located in Dover, New Jersey.
This position will support procurement of MRO materials at our customer location. This position would be onsite in a manufacturing environment and would work side by side with our customer providing procurement services and operational logistics.
The Project Management Coordinator works closely with customer contacts and partners throughout the facility to meet operational needs.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain vendor relationships as well as customer relationships
Accurately input customer orders and check on the status of orders
Sourcing and procurement, reporting, cost reduction, and margin improvement
Review and maintain inventory levels
Ensure cycle counts are being conducted
Coordinate appointments with customers and vendors
Handle escalated and unresolved customer concerns
Track and process incoming paperwork
Participate in customer meetings and communicate any concerns to management
Interacts with customers and vendors to collaborate on processes, procedures, and requests.
Represent the organization to customers, associates and leadership as needed
Act within the scope of established objectives and policies to accomplish assigned goals
Qualifications
5 years of experience is preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize work
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to groups
Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices
Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)

Pay Range:

$20.40 - $33.45

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
