Candidate will multi-task and be responsible for Property Maintenance at our office location at 4142 Route 130, North, Willingboro, NJ 08046; and at our Automotive Repair Facility location at 12 Norman Ave., Delran, NJ 08076. Candidate will be in charge of the renovations at our repair facility. After the renovations are completed, candidate will also be responsible for minor automobile repairs for our fleet including but not limited to oil changes, brakes and other general maintenance. Applicants must have valid Driver's License; good driving record; and, good interpersonal skills to interact with co-workers. Job is Full-time.
