Field Service Technician - $23.67 - $25.60/Hour - 112630

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: $23.67 - $25.60 per hour depending on experience. $1,000 Signing bonus!!

Arconic is currently in search of a Field Service Technician. This position involves travel exclusively including air travel as a representative of the company to jobsites through the US.

Responsibilities * Primary Responsibilities  * Travel exclusively including air travel as a representative of the company to jobsites throughout U.S. * Work alongside and manage hourly workers that travel with you * Work alongside others or singularly on window related warranty repair items ranging from hardware adjustment to glass replacement * Evaluate situations and find suitable recommendations for repairs by making independent judgment on the remedies that would be the least expensive to the company * Instruct contractors and customers in proper operation and adjustment to Kawneer products * Keep up to date on new products, procedures, methods and services offered * Communicate to Field Service Supervisor with daily report on job status * Communicate with customers about Kawneer quality and warranty issues * Must have valid driver's license

Qualifications Basic Qualifications  * Must be eligible to work in the United States of America. This position is not eligible for sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications * 2 Years window manufacturing experience * Construction/Installation or window repair experience * Experience with troubleshooting
