Your Day-to-Day: Support and lead activities associated with eVinci fuel component product development Lead and own the design for the eVinci fuel components including all materials and hardware residing within the fuel channel Develop an in-depth understanding of our eVinci fuel component products and act as subject matter expert in component testing, component qualification, design, and fabrication Serve as a subject matter expert on the eVinci fuel components in cross-disciplinary teams, developing all aspects of the fuel component hardware. This role interfaces with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including significant interactions with government and national labs, to ensure that fuel is available for eVinci testing and commercialization. Monitor contracted component suppliers for compliance to technical and quality requirements, in conjunction with supply chain management team Support fuel component testing and failure analysis, operational phenomena investigations, and component qualification and licensing efforts for the eVinci Microreactor Serve as a design and/or review team member on related reactor system project teams considering the integrated ricks and relations to eVinci fuel components and system

Who You Are: As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: Bachelor's degree required, mechanical engineering, materials engineering, nuclear engineering or closely related field preferred Minimum 8 years of applicable experience required Fuel or components development or manufacturing experience required.
