Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts, processing their applications, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing cash applications and customer credit applications

• Keeping customer credit records up-to-date and precise

• Resolving customer inquiries effectively and promptly

• Regularly monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions

• Performing account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy

• Undertaking billing duties and cash collections when required

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks

• Handling commercial collections in a detail-oriented manner. Requirements • Proven experience in the manufacturing industry.

• Prior role as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar position.

• Demonstrable skill in Account Reconciliation.

• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Ability to handle Billing processes efficiently.

• Experience in Cash Applications.

• Proficiency in Cash Collections.

• Experience in Commercial Collections.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with Oracle software.

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks.

• Experience with SAP software.
