Responsibilities

• Assemble and install electro-mechanical components and systems according to blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Profcient with hand and power tools

• Ability to undersand skematics or blueprints

• Conduct functional and performance tests on completed assemblies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and production issues.

• Maintain and update production records and documentation.

• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve assembly processes.

• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Ability to be coached and work with production supervisors

• Familiarity with soldering, wiring, and using hand and power tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
