Lutron Services Co., Inc. has an immediate opening for a

Commercial Project Scheduler, based at Lutron's Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. In this position, you will support our rapidly expanding service business, working closely with our customers, Field Service Engineers, and other Lutron Commercial teams. A successful candidate must enjoy working with customers while constantly balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a great opportunity to learn about Lutron's commercial business. A successful candidate will quickly become familiar with our diverse customer base and learn how Lutron's products and services can affect their bottom line.

Responsibilities

• * Maximize the efficiency of the Field Service Technician team while increasing scheduling utilization and reducing travel costs
• * Identify the appropriate technician resources to meet our commercial customer needs
• * Triage customer issues to make sure the best department is involved early in the call
• * Work with Lutron's Commercial Project Management Team to ensure that new commercial projects are staffed to ensure timely completion
• * Embody Lutron's first principle, Take Care of the Customer, through e-mail and telephone interactions
• * Utilize strong customer service and decision-making skills to find resolutions to difficult challenges

Qualifications

• * Associate's degree (required) or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• * Minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA in earned degree
• * 0 - 3 years customer facing experience
• * Must live within commutable distance of Coopersburg PA to accommodate in-office schedule
