What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma

The primary mission of theProject Manager is tobe responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects from initiation to close-out. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage molding projects, ensuring all project objectives are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

What you will bring on the journey

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the molding or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Travel:
  • 20%

Compensation and Base Annual Pay

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role isUSD $90,000 to USD $122,000 annually.This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
