Job Title: Administrative CoordinatorJob Description

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for utilizing the proprietary system to update all information pertaining to client subscriber information. This includes updating billing information, geographical data, and more. The role demands prioritization of tasks and maintaining strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include performing basic math calculations for changes in subscriber information, conducting data entry with high accuracy, responding to emails from over 50 different magazine publishers, and adapting to a dynamic work pace where priorities and assignments shift as needed.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 8 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Congers, New York.

Work Environment

Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5 with a 30 minute lunch or 8:30 - 5:30 with a 1 hour lunch. The workspace is a cubical setting with approximately 15 coordinators on the team.
