Job Summary

The Senior Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery for the OE Strategic Business Unit. They will be responsible for leading complex projects, removing roadblocks, and providing mentorship and guidance to the team.

Primary Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine commercial product development strategy, scope, and priorities

  • Work with Project Managers, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to create align on OE customer requirements and communicate actionable items with the OE customer

  • Identify and mitigate both technical and business risks to the project's success, and communicate these risks to relevant stakeholders

  • Work with development engineers to remove any roadblocks to project completion

  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that all parties are informed of project status and changes

  • Lead product and business planning sessions to provide technical input and ensure alignment with overall strategy and goals

  • Provide regular reporting on project progress, risks, and budget to leadership

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex development projects and delivering them on time

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire others

  • Experience with electronics product development

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Demonstrated and proven expertise with OE suppliers and a knowledge of OE stakeholders

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 8+ years of experience in relevant role

  • 2+ years of Automotive OE work experience
