Food Production Worker

Full time, 32 hours (4 days weekly)

$15.00 hourly with escalation to $20.00 hourly once trained.

The training period can be as short as a 2-day period.

Preparing popcorn, packaging & sealing, and stocking food trucks for vending throughout the region.

We are Kettle Corn NYC, a mobile food truck operation, hand-popping over 15 amazing flavors of Kettle Corn, in a giant kettle right on the food truck in the Capital District. Hand-popping many different flavors of fresh kettle corn requires a skilled production team that works well together to keep up with customer demand. We are looking for hardworking individuals to grow with us - in various, year-round positions.

Qualifications: - A good attitude & strong work ethic - Stand for prolonged periods of time - Availability to work weekends (and long hours, at times) - Ability to multi-task and switch tasks as necessary Fast paced kitchen/food service and/or customer service experience is a plus.
