SUMMARY

The Mobile Medication RN is responsible for the overall operation of the Mobile Medication Teams.

The Mobile Medication LPN is responsible for the day to day operation of the Mobile Medication team while under the supervision of the program RN manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Nursing school certification/diploma required
• Current unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License
• Three years nursing experience
• One year psychiatric nursing experience serving seriously mentally ill adults strongly preferred
