CMM Programmer:
My client is looking for a CMM programmer to perform at there highly efficient manufacturing facility in Upstate NY. You'll be performing the following duties below and reporting the Engineering Manager.
ENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Perform visual and dimensional inspection of castings to determine conformance to blueprint, or electronic file requirements.
Ability to interpret geometrically dimensioned and tolerance engineering drawings.
Perform First Article Inspection Reports using AS9102 Forms as required.
Work from and with dimensional inspection measurement equipment such as surface plate, sine plates, height gages, radii gages, calipers, micrometers and other assorted hand measurement equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Preferred
Experience: Utilization of both CMM and hand equipment to perform dimensional inspection techniques.
Certifications/Licenses: AFS Laboratory Certification Preferred.
Computer Skills: Virtual Dimensional Measuring Interface Specification (DMIS) 6.0, Virtual DMIS, Routine CMM Operation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance,
Expert PC-DMIS Knowledge required.
Polyworks And Bluelight scanning a plus.
Software experience; Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
Ability to read blue prints in order to determine and measure features and tolerances.
Ability to interpret reduced dimension drawings
Ability to program using electronic model
Surface Plate Inspection using Standard Inspection Tools
Knowledge of Aerospace Standard (AS) 9100 requirements
Bilingual – English/Spanish a Plus
Salary range for this position is $95k-$115k plus full benefits including health, life, dental and vision insurance + 401k Match and quarterly bonus.
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
