Curtiss-Wright Corporation PMO Analyst in Cheswick, Pennsylvania

We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location.

Responsible for the project management systems and processes within the Project Management Office. Provide computer software tools and processes to the Project Managers and project teams to help manage and monitor project progress. Provide formal and informal training on the tools, processes and best practices necessary to effectively execute projects.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains systems and processes for performing the project management discipline at. Supports project managers and program control analysts by investigating and resolving issues/questions on management systems.

  • Defines Oracle Project usage approaches and communicates those to Project teams. Interfaces with finance and accounting to ensure Oracle projects is consistent with Oracle accounting setup and practices. Participates in Oracle COE as PMO representative.

  • Develops, modifies, schedules, runs and evaluates project and functional reports as needed.

  • Supports the monthly Sales and Operations Planning and 5 Year Strategic Planning processes.

  • Supports EP&R manpower planning process, including 6- 9- setup and analysis.

  • Creates and distributes various senior management level project specific financial reports.

  • Manages On Time Delivery process including generation of various low level and senior management level reports.

  • Facilitates the monthly EAC process including monthly review meeting with stakeholders.

  • Supports Quarterly Project Reviews and maintains the review template.

  • Coordinates and facilitates make/buy meetings and stage gate meetings and process with project manager support.

  • Develops, maintains and improves the PMSM manual incorporating best practices, lessons learned, and industry advances.

  • Provides training on project management tools, processes, and best practices, and other support to the Project Management Office as needed

What you Bring:

  • Bachelors Degree in Management Systems, Business, Finance, or relevant field from accredited institution.

  • Typically 5 - 10 years applicable progressive experience.

  • Significant experience with Oracle

  • Excellent understanding of project management techniques and processes.

  • Excellent understanding and application of process improvement tools and methods.

  • Knowledge of cost and revenue budgets, Primavera, Microsoft Project and Excel.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate to individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Proven track record of leadership skills.

  • Strong ability to review and analyze data communicate and implement solutions.

  • Must be sole US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance
