Aerotek Maintenance Supervisor in Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Job Title: 3rd Shift Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a 3rd Shift Supervisor to join our maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Director, the successful candidate will oversee a team of 16 technicians in a supervisory and management capacity. Responsibilities include overseeing all shift production-related preventive maintenance activities, administering the PM Program to ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines, providing maintenance support to production lines, overseeing facility critical systems, and coordinating maintenance activities. Additional duties involve training mechanics on new equipment, interfacing with vendors, managing special projects, requesting spare parts, and developing Preventive Maintenance Programs. The role requires strong leadership skills, as it includes disciplinary actions, delegation of daily tasks, hiring, interviewing, and personnel management.

Work Environment

The work environment is a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting, which is extremely clean and climate-controlled. The shift operates Monday to Friday from 11pm to 7:30am.
