JOB DUTIES: (F/T) Lead the creation of end-to-end, detailed technology solution, including technical design and delivery of System Design Specification (SDS), with focus on large-scale, complex, or enterprise projects. Provides technical subject matter expertise/consultancy in all aspects of research, analysis, design, hardware/software support, and/or development/testing of technical solutions. Identify appropriate solution for given business automation request. Design and architect robotic process automation (RPA). Build RPA solutions using BluePrism and UiPath. Perform code reviews and create automation standards modeled after industry best practices. Provide coaching to junior members of technical staff.SALARY: $128,835 - $151,000 per yearJOB REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems, Information Technology and Management, Computer Science, or related technical field, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered, as Manager, Solutions Architect, or related position. Full term of experience must include each of the following: Developing IT solutions within financial services/banking or regulatory industry; Identifying appropriate automation solution for business need; and, Secure coding practice, including zero known statis code vulnerabilities, secure handling of sensitive data via encryption or masking, secure retention of data, compliance with industry and internal enterprise protect guidance and standards, clearing cache and temporary data stores, and zero trust architecture.Must have three (3) years of experience with: Business Process Management (BPM) automation using Power Platform, IBM BPM, or Appian; Designing and architecting Robotic Process Automations; Automation platforms, including Blue Prism, UiPath, and Power Platform; and, Developing Robotic process automations end-to-end, including Design/Architecture, Development testing and deployment) by utilizing Blue Prism and UiPath.Telecommuting permitted from any U.S. location.QUALIFIED APPLICANTS: Email resume to Grace.Parascando@td.com.
