Job Description:

Participates in planning and integration of quality, patient safety, patient experience of care and compliance for all home care entities including VNA, VNAHCS, VNANWPA and Kaleida Services. Serves as lead for internal audit processes including clinical and payer related audits to verify conformance of activities to regulatory and quality standards; maintains ongoing tracking and reports of findings. Serves as a resource to managers in development of improvement plans and conducts ongoing audits to assure compliance. Participates in committees, councils and other activities to provide guidance on regulatory and accreditation requirements; provides staff education. Assures compliance with Federal, State, Local and Accrediting bodies for NYS and PA. The manager supports data reporting to regulatory bodies, audits and ensures improvement activities remain on-going.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

5 years of experience in Clinical work in a healthcare work environment required. 3 years of experience with health care regulatory agencies' regulations and standards and successful performance improvement projects, quality improvement, process improvement preferred. 3 years of experience in data and analytical techniques, IT reporting solutions inclusive of national registries, EMR integration and enterprise software solutions preferred.

Salary Range:

$83,498-$128,816 annually Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
