We area a small financial business looking for the right person to help us grow. A Consumer Loan  Specialist assists customers by listening to their financial needs and providing them with affordable financing plans and continued service.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist current and new customers through the life cycle of their loan

• Collect and verify customer information for loan application process

• Present financial solutions based on customer needs

• Educate customers on terms and conditions of loans

• Present customers with optional insurance products

• Manage the life cycle of the loan, including application processing, collection activities, and data entering.

Requirements

Education: some college or technical school courses in related field preferred

High School Diploma

1-2 years previous related experience

Equivalent combination of education and experience

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good math skills with high degree of accuracy
• Must be able to interact professionally with public and other employees
• Basic computer skills and data entry including Microsoft word and excel
• Ability to organize work and determine priorities
• Self-motivated and efficient
• Detail oriented
