As a wholesale account manager, you will be responsible for managing our existing wholesale accounts which includes:
Communicate with our wholesale customers on a regular basis, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction
Place wholesale orders received by phone, email, and fax
Create driver’s route sheets and customer invoices for deliveries
Process route sheets and bill customers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of wholesale orders, deliveries, payments, and inventory
Communicate with other departments about orders/deliveries
Generate statements, invoices, and credits to customers
Set up new accounts with information received from the sales team
Generate Monthly reports for the controller and production teams
Reconcile wholesale sales & input into accounting software
Work with Wholesale customers on account reconciliation, ensuring credits applied and accounts are in balance.
Maintain Sales Tax Exemption status tax records
Maintain Delivery Software and balance with Accounting Software
Manage the Wholesale Accounts receivable.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our products, services, and operations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A high school diploma or equivalent
At least two years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management
Knowledge of the dairy industry and products, or willingness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excel, outlook.
Knowledge and experience in QuickBooks a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
A friendly, professional, and positive attitude
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
