What you'll be doing:

Summary

• Responsible to  apply coatings, such as paint, ink or lacquer, to protect or decorate work piece surfaces, using spray guns, pens, or brushes.

  What we are looking for:

• Quality orientation

• Basic computer skills.

• Well organized and attentive to detail.

• Willingness to assist others.

• Ability to closely follow written and verbal instructions.

• Read job orders and inspect work pieces to determine work procedures and materials required. Select and mix ingredients to prepare coating substances according to specifications, using paddles or mechanical mixers.

• Examine finished surfaces of work pieces to verify conformance to specifications; then retouch any defective areas.

• Immerse work pieces into coating materials for specified times.

• Rinse, drain, or wipe coated work pieces to remove excess coating material or to facilitate settings of finish coats on work pieces.
