Overview

Commercial Warehouse Ops Coordinator Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory, and logistics across the assigned Super Laundry region. This includes scheduling, coordinating, and communicating with third-party delivery services to transport small and large commercial laundry equipment to laundromats, on-premise laundry facilities, and multi-housing customers.

  • Coordinate and assist with scheduling, delivering, and installing Commercial Laundry equipment in various environments (i.e., Laundromats, On Premise, Hospitals, Firehouses, Apartments).

  • Receive, transfer, report, track, and monitor equipment.

  • Prepare, organize, and stage equipment for delivery.

  • Assemble required parts prior to loading on trucks, when necessary.

  • Clean and organize warehouse.

  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks using forklift and pallet jack equipment.

  • Receive, move, and transfer laundry equipment as directed.

  • Follow all company safety policies and safety regulations.

  • Maintain detailed delivery scheduler, inventory, open order, open Pos, and Transfer reports via Solomon/RS.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; and 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Effective oral and written communications.

  • DOT Certification and forklift certification a plus!

  • Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees

  • Able to work flexible hours

  • Computer, smart phone and tablet skills

  • Efficient record keeping skills

  • Ability to read a map and follow directions

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy warehouse and delivery environment

  • Experience with large power tools preferred

  • Experience installing large appliances preferred

  • Plumbing and/or electrical knowledge a plus!

  • Must be able to lift up to 35-100 pounds and will frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related)

  • Push and pull hand carts loaded with washers and/or dryers and/or air machines

  • Ability to walk numerous levels of stairs

  • Ability to drive long distances

  • Ability to maneuver in restrictive areas; often squatting, kneeling, crawling and reaching overhead, while lifting, holding and maneuvering tools or service parts weighing from 20-50 lbs.
