DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Position Title:Project Coordinator Intern
Role The Project Coordinator Intern supports a variety of initiatives within the Towers Support Services team, including customer process improvements, project coordination, and virtual training facilitation. The role involves engaging directly with stakeholder communications, maintaining project documentation, and inputting critical information into customer systems. Ideal for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields, the position requires a proactive approach, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role is a crucial part of our hybrid work model, blending in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities * Support a variety of initiatives within the team, from customer process improvements to special project coordination, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach. * Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring objectives are met, projects are delivered on time, and within scope. * Facilitate the flow of information between stakeholders, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation to ensure effective communication and project tracking. * Participate in the development and refinement of processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and the quality of deliverables. * Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering insights and suggestions for improvement and innovation. * Engage in learning and development opportunities, gaining exposure to various aspects of the organization and industry best practices. * Assist with assembling training materials and coordinating virtual training sessions to support team development and knowledge sharing. * Work within customer systems, inputting dates and documents, ensuring accurate and timely information management. * Provide support to Tower Services and other teams, assisting with process enhancements and communications to improve service delivery and team collaboration.

Education/Certifications * Currently enrolled as a full-time student in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited higher education institution * Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration, Project Management, Communication, Information Technology, or related field
Experience/Minimum Requirements * Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from June 2 to August 8, 2025 * Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time, regular basis without additional sponsorship
Reportsto: Program Manager
Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.
Compensation Information: The hourly pay offered for this position is $19.50 per hour.
