At a Glance

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Anaylst to join the Starline Holdings, LLC Team. Provide financial analysis, perform forecasting and budgeting tasks, and serve as main analyst responsible for quarterly sales commissions activities for the Starline business unit. Must be detail oriented and have a strong understanding of financial analysis and forecasting.

What Will You Do?

• Analyze financial data to provide forecasting and budgeting support • Analyze and assist in the monthly agent commission calculations • Analyze and assist in the quarterly sales incentive calculations • Analyze and assist in the SKU/Marketing level reporting • Assist month end closing and reporting responsibilities • Coordinate monthly accruals, schedules and reporting, such as commission accruals, incentive/sales bonus accruals. • Analyze monthly balance sheet reconciliations. • Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics • Work with staff and other departments to continually look for improvements and efficiencies. • Document policies and procedure • Lead and participate in various projects and job responsibilities, as directed by the Director of FP&A or Global Controller.

Qualifications

Education: BA in Accounting or Finance Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounting and/or finance. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask. • Outstanding communication skills. • Leadership skills to ensure training, motivation and development of staff. • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills • BI Systems • Detail and results oriented
