Enviri Corporation, a trusted Global leader in environmental services, is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Corporate Payroll Team. The Corporate Payroll Team processes payroll for our team members in the US and Canada.

Success in this position requires exceptional customer service skills, the ability to thrive in an energetic, team-focused environment, curiosity, a passion for knowledge and professional growth.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in Human Resources or Payroll as well as a high level of computer literacy. In addition, you will be able to display a strong customer service orientation as well as a high degree of professional integrity.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will:

  • Collaborate with your peers in our well-appointed, Camp Hill, PA office as well as through digital connections and platforms with your customers.

  • Master the art of processing gross to net calculations and payroll cost accounting in Oracle payroll.

  • Showcase your analytical and problem-solving skills through data mining, online research, and peer collaboration to resolve payroll errors and customer inquiries.

  • Share your enthusiasm for standardization by creating and maintaining SOPs.

  • Demonstrate your ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet dynamic deadlines.

  • 2-5 years previous experience as a Human Resources, Payroll or Time Administration professional with proven success in your assignments.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with a desire to make an impact.

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Competence to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive mindset.

  • Strong writing skills.

  • Well-honed computer skills using the Microsoft products primarily in Excel
