REQUIREMENTS

Prior hotel or apartment complex experience preferred. Must be available weekends along with flexible hours including AM and PM shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on hotel facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
• Coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service
