Are you ready to step into a dynamic role that support the Vice President of Quality and Vice President of Strategy Integration in a fast-paced and vibrant environment? As an Executive Assistant I, you'll be at the heart of the action, providing essential administrative support that keeps the gears turning smoothly. This position involves a blend of administrative and project-based duties, demanding a broad range of skills and a thorough understanding of our organization's policies and practices.

Please note that candidates must be local and willing to come onsite to our Camp Hill, PA or Alpharetta, GA location on an as needed basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Orchestrate the daily executive agenda with precision, ensuring the smooth flow of meetings, travel, and events, paving the way for impeccable operations. Craft and curate communications with finesse, from high-impact reports to compelling presentations, showcasing your exceptional command of language. Navigate the executives schedule with adept foresight, driving the swift completion of critical action items and optimizing their strategic engagements. Streamline communications with discerning judgment, becoming the gatekeeper of information, and ensuring the seamless flow of critical insights. Cement your role as the central nexus for collaboration, fostering deep trust and dynamic synergies across departments, and amplifying your impact as a strategic confidant. Proactively manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring the leadership's vision is realized with precision and agility. Address incoming inquiries and challenges with nuanced diplomacy, navigating sensitive matters with grace and determining the most effective paths forward. Keep the Vice President ahead of the curve with strategic briefings and reminders, enabling them to navigate their commitments with confidence and clarity. Balance a portfolio of projects with adept multitasking, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes, while maintaining the agility to adapt to emerging priorities. QUALIFICATIONS

A proven track record with at least five years of executive support, ideally at a VP level or higher, with a preference for a bachelor's degree; equivalent experience may be considered. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for engaging and persuasive language. Mastery of Microsoft Office suite, coupled with a quick adaptability to new technologies, ensuring you stay at the forefront of executive support tools. A professional demeanor, combined with sharp judgment and the ability to solve problems creatively. Strong analytical skills, with a talent for critical thinking and the capacity to tackle complex challenges. Unwavering commitment to discretion and confidentiality, safeguarding sensitive information with the utmost integrity. Expertise in time management, with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and navigate a fast-paced work environment with grace and effectiveness. A detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy in all facets of your work, from document preparation to project management. Base Pay Information

The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $55,000 - $116,900
