Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Medical device organization in the Camden, NJ (Hybrid) for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist III role to assist their team.

Title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist III

Pay Rate: $39/hr on W2

Location: Camden, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months Contrcat with possible extension or hiring

Job Description :

  • Mid level 3-5 years of experience

  • Nicola is losing a FTE person to a role in the company - she has approval to bring on a CW and they have an upcoming integration in FY25 for ingredients for SOVOS so will need a 2nd person there!

  • Day to Day they will be working w the ingredient team (4 ppl) as well as the larger regulatory and cross functional teams to perform the below activities - will be expected to operate more independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience w Optiva, or similar formula management system would be a plus like GENESIS

  • Regulatory Analyst with emphasis on ingredients.

Summary:

This role advises the R&D, global procurement and businesses on the safe use, regulatory compliance and labeling of food ingredients. This includes reviewing all ingredients purchased by the company, with consideration of how they are manufactured and how they are intended to be used from a regulatory perspective.

Education/Experience:

  • B.S. Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry or related OR M.S. food science, nutrition, chemistry or related

  • 1+ year experience with pharma/food ingredients and formulations in an industry or government setting

  • Familiarity with common food formulations and manufacturing processes.
