Overview: Callicoon Brewing Company is seeking Assistant Cooks in Callicoon, NY.

The Assistant cook will perform food prep, assist with preparation of customers food orders. This process must be done in a timely accurate fashion. This position with also be responsible for assisting with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen area, following the sanitary guidelines.

Skills needed to perform this position: Ability to follow directions, Organized thought process, energetic, and calm demeanor with a decent sense of humor.

1 year experience is preferred but willing to train.

The Salary and hours; $25 hourly. This position is part-time Monday-Sunday, shift varies. Benefits include paid vacation and sick leave.
