The Hospice Bereavement Coordinator trains bereavement volunteers, supports IDT members, and develops and manages all the bereavement activities of the hospice program. Qualifications for Bereavement Coordinator: B.S. degree in Social Work, Communications or related field required. 2 years previous experience working in a related field. Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required. Must have dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license. Independently visit patients/families in their homes.
