LIFE Four Corners Child Development Center Lead PreK Teacher in Burlington, New Jersey

Preschool TeacherDuties:- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote child development in areas such as language, math, science, and physical education- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their well-being and welfare- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and cooperation among students- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing individualized attention and support as needed- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress, address concerns, and provide guidance on promoting learning at home- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and parent-teacher conferences as requiredQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of young learners- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with childrenWe offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.To apply for this position, please submit your resume along with a cover letter detailing your relevant experience in early childhood education.
