Delaware North Social Media Customer Care Supervisor, Buffalo Reservation Center, Remote in Buffalo, New York
The Opportunity
Delaware North is hiring a full-time or part-time Social Media Customer Care Supervisor to join our Buffalo Call Center team. In this role you will lead the Social Media Customer Care department, responsible for communicating with guests via a variety of social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
If you have experience using various social media platforms, tools, and technologies, a solid understanding of delivering guest service excellence, and a passion for social media, then this role is for you.
This position is remote.
Pay
$15.00 - $17.00 / hour

Responsibilities
Actively participate in chat, engage with agents, answer questions, and help with research
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement changes
Collaborate with other department leaders to promote best practices
Help troubleshoot and report technical issues
Assist in department scheduling
Facilitate new agent training
Audit conversations and provide agent coaching as needed
Oversee the departments information flow to include updating confluence
Attend subsidiary/marketing meetings as assigned to gather. information and pass it on to the department
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience, including written forms of customer service
Excellent written communication skills: grammar, sentence structure, and spelling
Ability to work independently and maintain organization
Experience using various social media platforms
Computer literate with the ability to learn new applications quickly
Positive attitude with proven ability to work well with teams
Strong typing skills
No college degree required
