Job Description:

Assist the director of marketing with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordination of marketing projects and activities as requested. Serve as a marketing liaison for internal clients and collaborate with key members of the marketing team to ensure each project receives the resources and attention it needs to be successful. The primary role of this position is to manage incoming job requests and maintain the project management system, working directly with the graphic designer and print/promotional vendors.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. BA/BS preferred. 2 years of administrative assistant work experience required. 6 months of marketing/creative services work experience preferred.
